Loui, I gotta say you're a good technical singer, but you'd never make it in alt rock! Lol! Stick to the folksy stuff. It fits your voice best.
As for your Christmas tune, I'd really have loved to hear you cut loose a little with it, but I know your track didn't lend itself to that.
i really wanted to jesse, but as you say the backing didn't allow it, i looked everywhere for another one and couldn't find one, not in that key.
I liked that backing though, it was very folky.

You were the best almost every week. It's a shame that the song choices, or whatever, prevented you from winning the whole thing. I liked Danielle's performances, but voted for you because I believe that, overall, you were the best. Each week I tried to take into consideration past performances in addition to that week's. Maybe that wasn't the right way to view it, but that's what I did.
Becky, so did I. And well, I'm a loyal Loui fan, even though danielle clearly did better that night, Loui has always touched me in a certain way. I'm glad you made it this far, Loui. You were awesome.

I enjoyed all the songs you chose to sing and you did a very good job.
It is true that Daniel improoved a lot the last few weeks her performance because she chose the right songs which made it difficult to decide who was the best. But for this week my way of thinking was the same as Becky so i voted according to the over all performance so voted for you.
